Jon Rahm is under contract with LIV Golf through the end of the 2027 season, but rumors have begun to circulate about a potential early exit from the league for the Spaniard.
Rahm’s move to LIV Golf made him one of the wealthiest athletes in the world, but that has clearly come with a price.
The 31-year-old’s poor form in the majors over the past two-and-a-half years will undoubtedly be grating on him.

Brooks Koepka left LIV Golf back in December of last year, and made his return to the PGA Tour just a few weeks later.
Patrick Reed then left LIV Golf as well, and he will be hoping to make his PGA Tour return shortly.
Now Rahm could be the next big name to come back to the PGA Tour.

According to a report from The Telegraph, LIV Golf sources ‘insist that Rahm is not enamoured by the prospect of the new iteration of the league, which is touted to feature just 10 events, with greatly reduced purses‘.
The Spaniard’s career will be defined by what he achieves over the next 5-10 years.
And it’s fair to argue that if he is to achieve his ambitions in the game, he needs to return to the PGA Tour as soon as possible.

There is no doubt that Rahm is one of the most exciting blockbuster stars in the game.
The 31-year-old should be challenging for each and every major title every single year.
However, he just hasn’t done that regularly enough over the past few years.
Jon Rahm leaving LIV Golf to rejoin the PGA Tour would be the best thing for his golf game, and it would be great for golf fans as well.
Whether he is able to leave LIV Golf before the end of his contract remains to be seen, though.
