After a three-week break, the DP World Tour schedule resumes in Denmark for the penultimate event of the Closing Swing.
Great Northern will host its first DP World Tour event this week, following in the footsteps of Himmerland, Silkeborg Ry Golf Club, Lübker Golf Resort and Furesø Golf Klub in staging this event, as it becomes the 466th different venue on golf’s global Tour.
A host of home hopes are ready to star, including 2023 winner Rasmus Højgaard and fellow Ryder Cupper Thorbjørn Olesen, along with rising star and reigning Australian Open champion Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen.
But they will face fierce competition for the title, with Eugenio Chacarra – a two-time winner this season – joined by Major champions Henrik Stenson and Bubba Watson and Rolex Series winner Paul Waring in the field.
