Scottie Scheffler carded a 2-under 68 Saturday at the FedEx St. Jude Championship and will take a two-shot lead into the final round. It was an up-and-down day for Scheffler, who couldn’t quite find the rhythm he had when he fired a 61 on Friday, but he’s still in prime position to nab his first win since the American Express in January.
Scottie Scheffler back in front by two
Well, it didn’t take long for Scheffler to get back in the driver’s seat. After relinquishing the solo lead early in the round, he makes back-to-back birdies at Nos. 11 and 12 to regain a two-shot advantage.

Sam Burns made six birdies in his first 10 holes, climbing to 9 under and into the top 5.
