The 13th annual Matthew Hill Memorial Golf Tournament was held August 1, 2026 at the Great Cove Golf Club. It was a perfect day for golf and a perfect day to remember Matthew and how much he meant to each and every one of us.
This was another record year with both morning and afternoon tournaments completely filled to capacity. There were a total of 204 golfers. We very much appreciate the continued love and support that is shown by our community, our family and friends! You are what makes it possible to give back in memory of Matthew!
Proceeds from this tournament are used to fund the scholarship and donations are made to all athletic teams at MHS as well as musical, band, chorus, alumni, Forbes Road Athletics, Southern Fulton Athletics, Sweet Grace Ministries, Leah’s Legacy, Secret Santa, among other community donations. These presentations will be made in September or October.

Congratulations to the first place teams in each tournament as well as individual winners of longest drive and closest to the pins. Prize money totaled $2,750.
