Texas men’s golf standout Christian Maas is among ten finalists for this year’s Fred Haskins Award.

The award is given to the top male collegiate golfer each season.

A South African national, Maas was named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Year after enrolling at Texas in 2022. As a junior, Maas was named a finalist for the Jack Nicklaus Player of the Year Award and the Gary Player Award.
