Good Good<\/a>, which launched in 2020 on YouTube and has since emerged as one of the preeminent brands in this sector of the broader golf industry. <\/p>\n\u201cEarly on in my life, when Tiger came into the golf universe, that was a huge step, and now I think YouTube is really making it just a super inclusive game to where it doesn’t need to be this buttoned up, hat on, shirt tucked in (game),\u201d Dalke said. \u201cObviously, there\u2019s always going to be a little bit of that, and I think there should be. But I think it’s shown that anybody can play the game of golf. It doesn’t matter where you come from, it doesn’t matter whether you’re rich, poor, whatever. I think YouTube has really helped bridge that gap between the country club and the public courses and kind of let everyone just enjoy the game of golf or what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n
Good Good Golf CEO Matt Kendrick called Dalke the \u201cnext generation\u201d of the sport, saying he will continue \u201cto harness the fandom to keep the game growing toward a more accessible space.\u201d Currently, more than one-third (35%) of the 29.1 million Americans who play on-course golf are under the age of 35, according to the National Golf Foundation, and the traditional participation base has never had higher representation of females or People of Color. <\/p>\n

Dalke was part of the winning team at the first Internet Invitational in 2025, teaming with two other YouTube personalities to take down the $1 million top prize, and won the 2025 Creator Classic at East Lake in Atlanta prior to the Tour Championship. Prior to that, while playing alongside two-time NBA MVP Steph Curry, Dalke said he was floored when Curry \u2013 an avid golfer himself \u2013 told him he watches an extensive amount of YouTube golf. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, I watch it when we\u2019re on the road every single night.\u2019 That\u2019s crazy to me,\u201d Dalke said. \u201cIt\u2019s crazy to me that guys like Steph Curry and LeBron James have watched me play golf. So, I think the \u2018cool factor\u2019 of golf has gone up a ton.\u201d <\/p>\n
The Rise of YouTube Golf <\/p>\n
Dalke played in two major championships years ago, but this year’s Good Good Championship will be his first PGA Tour start as a professional golfer.<\/p>\n

With the increasing relevance and visibility of YouTube golf, more pro golfers now are starting to understand and embrace the platform, with Bryson DeChambeau being the gold standard with about 2.7 million followers. Dalke also singled out players such as Jon Rahm, Akshay Bhatia and Sahith Theegala. <\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019re not just really good golfers,” said Dalke. “You can see their personalities and I think that’s why people love it so much.\u201d<\/p>\n
While it\u2019s still six months away, Dalke is looking ahead to his PGA Tour debut at the Fazio Canyons Course with a much different attitude than when he was pinching pennies as a lower-level pro. Good Good has over 2 million YouTube subscribers today and, in addition to recently reviving a golf project like \u201cBig Break,\u201d continues to expand its live event slate as well with this year\u2019s launch of the Good Good Tour. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I was doing pro golf before YouTube, I didn’t have any money hardly at all,\u201d Dalke said. \u201cIf I missed a cut, it was a hit financially. It was a lot more pressure. Now I can go out there and play free, have fun with it. <\/p>\n
\u201cObviously, I\u2019m a competitive guy. I want to go play well,\u201d he added. \u201cSo, there\u2019s a little bit of expectations and pressure going into it, but I can ground myself in the fact that if it doesn\u2019t go well, I still can go make a few videos on YouTube and make some good money. It’s not the end of the world.
