Clark said it was only their second or third date, but he said \u201cmight as well go big.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Clark also had Tanner, an influencer, take a swing on the famed Augusta .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe best thing about that is I told her she had to hit a shot, you know?\u201d Clark told \u201cPardon My Take\u201d this week. \u201cAnd so she\u2019s freaking out, like practicing beforehand. We get on the first tee because she\u2019s never really watched, she\u2019s not a golfer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s never watched it. So we get on the first tee and I\u2019m like \u2018okay, your turn to hit.\u2019 And you know it\u2019s just lined with fans. And she goes, \u2018No, I\u2019m not hitting. I\u2019m going to kill somebody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wyndham Clark and Emily Tanner after his most recent win. EmilyTanner\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>Clark later <a href=\"http:\/\/Why Wyndham Clark chose extreme way to hard-launch relationship at Masters\" rel=\"nofollow\">made the relationship Instagram official<\/a> with a post of the pair and called Tanner his \u201cgood luck charm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And for good reason. Shortly after the Augusta National hard launch, Clark secured his first tour win since 2024 at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson in May. AP Photo\/Tony Gutierrez<\/p>\n<p>Tanner, 31, is a full-time model and influencer with 730,000  followers on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>She also launched an influencer marketing agency, Over Social Agency, alongside Nancy Nguyen in 2021.
