Reigning PGA champion Aaron Rai<\/a>, former PGA champ Jason Day<\/a> and former Masters winner Hideki Matsuyama<\/a> have all committed to the Travelers Championship, the tournament announced Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Rai comes in as the No. 13 player in the world after capturing the PGA championship at Aronimink in stirring fashion last month. His 68-foot putt<\/a> on 17 is one of the shots of the season, and won\u2019t be forgotten by golf fans anytime soon. The 31-year-old shot a final round 65 to break away from a crowded field and win by three strokes.<\/p>\n

Day, 38, is the 2015 PGA champion and former No. 1 player in the world. He\u2019s won 13 times on tour, and last season finished tied for fourth at the Travelers, his third top-10 finish in the event. Day is currently ranked No. 45 in the world.<\/p>\n

Matsuyama, 34, has 11 wins on tour, including the 2021 Masters. He also finished tied for fourth in Cromwell last season, and is currently ranked No. 25 in the world.<\/p>\n
