{"id":32598,"date":"2026-07-07T08:13:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T08:13:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/golf\/32598\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T08:13:09","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T08:13:09","slug":"ulster-mens-and-womens-golf-squads-announced-for-irish-provincial-tournament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/golf\/32598\/","title":{"rendered":"Ulster Men&#8217;s and Women&#8217;s Golf squads announced for Irish Provincial tournament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THE Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s Interprovincial teams have been announced ahead of the matches at Knightsbrook which is set to take place from July 8-10 with all four provinces in Ireland set to compete for glory.<\/p>\n<p>David Howard lines out alongside reigning South of Ireland champion Jonathan Keane while David Reddan\u202fof Castleknock, Morgan Cain of Fota Island, Conor Hickey of Dooks and Darragh Flynn of Carton House\u202freturn to the side that defeated 2025 champions Leinster in the opening match last season.<\/p>\n<p>Kerry native Mark Gazi also returns to the team for the first time since 2023 while Joseph O\u2019Neill is back in the squad, having missed out on a place last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Leinster Men\u2019s team will aim for a fifth title in a row, with a strong line-up that includes Flogas Irish Men\u2019s Amateur Open champion Patrick Keeling (Roganstown), North of Ireland champion Dylan Keating (Seapoint) and Irish Intervarsity champion Patrick Curran (Edmondstown).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaf.ie\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/golf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/earagail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"983\" height=\"643\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>They are joined by returning members of the 2025 title-winning team Gerard Dunne and Keith Egan while Thomas Abom, Quentin Carew and Will O&#8217;Riordan round out the panel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aoife Browne, Louise Coffey, Kate Dwyer, Holly Hamilton\u202f and Molly O&#8217;Hara make their return to the title winning Ulster Women\u2019s side while Judithe Allen returns to the Ulster side for the first time since 2024\u202fand Chloe Weir earns her first call up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Ulster ladies will be hopeful they can fight to retain their 2025 title, whilst the Ulster Men&#8217;s hope they can make it a fourth title in their history should they overcome their provincial rivals.<\/p>\n<p>The full teams are listed below:<\/p>\n<p>Connacht Men\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aodhagan Brady (Co.
