From Friday, July 10, through Sunday, July 12, NBC Sports is bringing you just that viewing opportunity, with best-in-the-biz coverage of the 37th edition of the American Century Championship<\/a> celebrity golf tournament, featuring a field of 90 entertainment and sports personalities<\/a> competing in a 54-hole tournament at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Nevada (and partially in California).<\/p>\n

How to watch the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament?<\/p>\n

NBC Sports’ coverage of the American Century Championship — which includes drone cams, Toptracer technology, and “Happy Hour” interviews — tees off live on Peacock<\/a> beginning Friday, July 10 from\u00a03-6 p.m. ET. Coverage continues Saturday, July 11, on both NBC and Peacock, live from 2:30-6 p.m. ET. Final Round coverage wraps up Sunday, July 12, live on\u00a0both NBC and Peacock\u00a0from\u00a02:30-6 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n

Coverage is buoyed by host Steve Sands and analyst Peter Jacobsen, as well as hole announcer Jimmy Roberts, course reporters Roger Maltbie and Smylie Kaufman, and interviewer Kira K. Dixon.<\/p>\n

The Dan Patrick Show<\/a>, the TODAY Show<\/a>, and Access Hollywood<\/a> will also be supplementing coverage with interviews from around the tournament.<\/p>\n

Celebrities and entertainers competing in the 2026 American Century Championship golf tournament<\/p>\n

As in year’s past, you can expect a virtual who’s who of celebs and professional athletes competing in the 2026 American Century Championship. This year’s tourney features 18 Hall of Famers, 17 active pros from the NBA, NFL, NHL and WWE, as well as Cy Young winners, Players of the Year, and Grammy and Emmy Award winning artists.\u00a0<\/p>\n

That’s talent. And believe it or not, some of them are really good golfers, including defending champion and former NHLer Joe Pavelski, two-time champion and former professional tennis player Mardy Fish, three-time winner and former Cowboys QB Tony Romo, and 2023 champion and current Golden State Warrior Steph Curry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Other participants include former NFL star Jason Kelce, former NBA star Charles Barkley, WWE Superstar The Miz, comedian Larry the Cable Guy, actor Miles Teller, SNL<\/a> star Colin Jost, and comedian\/actor Ray Romano.<\/p>\n

The women’s field is highlighted by World Golf Hall-of-Famer Annika Sorenstam, golf personality Hally Leadbetter, NBC Sports reporter Kathryn Tappen; and WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The tourney will also feature 10 newcomers, including NHL stars Matthew Boldy and Brady Tkachuk; NFL star Kyle Hamilton; NFL head coaches Mike MacDonald, Kevin O\u2019Connell, and Robert Saleh; announcers Sean McDonough and Trey Wingo; former NBA coach and player Doc Rivers; and singer\/songwriter Brett Young.<\/p>\n

You say you want more than the six cameras devoted to covering Edgewood Tahoe’s celebrated par-3 17th? Well how about adding to the raucous atmosphere with a branded NBA on NBC<\/a> and WNBA on NBC<\/a> basketball court that golfers can hoop on while waiting to tee off? And don’t worry, basketball isn’t the only NBC sport being celebrated: Some lucky fans will also get Sunday Night Baseball<\/a> t-shirts and Sunday Night Football<\/a> branded footballs.
