Now I can share this moment with one of my best American friends as a fellow competitor, fellow father, fellow colleague. It feels too comfortable right now. I don\u2019t feel the fierce competition \u2014 it\u2019s more of a friendship and honor. The competition plays out over two phases, and every shot counts.<\/p>\n

Phase 1: Individual Best Shot<\/p>\n

4 player groups, separated into three MPO groups and one FPO group
\n28 total points up for grabs based on individual scoring<\/p>\n

Phase 2: Head-to-Head Match Play<\/p>\n

Numbered matchups (1v1, 2v2, etc.)
\n3 points for a win, 1.5 each for a tie<\/p>\n

Still tied after all that? Sudden death\u2014Hole 18 on repeat. It\u2019s drama-ready disc golf.<\/p>\n

Course layout? Players will test their mettle on a specific loop of Swenson Park: Holes 1, 8\u201313, 17, and 18. It\u2019s a tight, pressure-cooked layout perfect for high-stakes matchups.<\/p>\n
