(WAVE) &#8211; Louisville Metro Councilmember Crystal Bast in District 14 is asking for the public\u2019s help after vandals caused significant damage to Sun Valley Park and its golf course. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Sometime Sunday night, people riding four-wheelers drove through the park and golf course, damaging the green. Hole #1 was completely destroyed and will require substantial time and funding to fix. Now those improvement dollars will have to be redirected towards repairs. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In addition to the golf course damage, vandals used spray foam to create swastikas in the parking lot. Crews are working to scrape and remove them. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThere is absolutely no place for that in our community,\u201d Former District 14 Councilmember Cindi Fowler said in a statement. \u201cThis should make every one of us angry because it\u2019s our community and our tax dollars that pay the price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In response to the incident, officials announced that security cameras are scheduled for installation throughout Sun Valley Park, including the golf course and the community center. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Anyone with footage, witness accounts, or information regarding the individuals responsible is urged to contact the District 14 office to help LMPD with the investigation.
