Acushnet reported its Q2 earnings on Thursday and significantly outpaced analysts\u2019 expectations with revenue at nearly $820M, up nearly 14% from the same period a year ago. The company\u2019s total revenue came in nearly $32M ($31.7M) above consensus expectations for the quarter.<\/p>\n
Specifically, Titleist\u2019s golf equipment sales in the quarter totaled $545.9M, up 20% year over year, while Footjoy products were at $157.8M, up 3%. The strong equipment and apparel sales for Acushnet are in line with the overall golf boom that has continued in the post-COVID-19 years. Acushnet in the quarter also received $38M in net benefits from refunds of tariffs that were previously paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.<\/p>\n
Callaway Golf also beat Wall Street expectations in its second quarter with $612M in total revenue. Callaway\u2019s golf equipment revenue grew 4.5% in Q2 at $430M. Overall, Callaway\u2019s balance sheet has been transformed this year. The company had $1.4B in total debt at the end of 2025, but following its spinoff of Topgolf, it paid off $421M in debt in Q2. Callaway\u2019s total debt at the end of June was approximately $8M.<\/p>\n
