In the second half of the year, we will remain focused on enhancing Fila’s product competitiveness in Korea, expanding our brand portfolio in Greater China, and driving greater operational efficiency to build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.”

Misto Holdings reported in the South Korean Won (KRW) currency. SGB Media converted to U.S. dollars at a conversion rate of 1 KRW to .000666 USD as published as the average conversion rate by the company.

Strong performance at Acushnet and improved profitability in the Misto segment were cited as driving the second-quarter results. Acushnet benefited from strong new product sales, while a one-time tariff refund provided an additional lift to earnings.

Misto Segment
The Misto segment, which includes the Fila brand, recorded second-quarter revenue of KRW 200.4 billion ($133.5 mm) and operating profit of KRW 36.4 billion ($24.3 mm). Revenue declined 7.4 percent y/y, primarily reflecting the restructuring of the company’s U.S. operations. Excluding the U.S. business, revenue grew 4.0 percent y/y.

Segment operating profit increased 6.6 percent y/y to KRW 36.4 billion ($24.3 mm), which was said to be supported by improved profitability in Korea, growth in Greater China and company-wide cost efficiency initiatives.

Fila brand reportedly delivered “broad-based growth” across both footwear and apparel. Glio, introduced for the Spring/Summer season, maintained strong sales momentum, while My T-Shirt emerged as a key apparel item, with search volume increasing approximately fivefold year-over-year and sales up 20 percent. Fila also continued to expand its retail footprint in Southeast Asia, opening new stores in key commercial districts in Malaysia and introducing the region’s first Fila 1911 Store (see below for full story).

In Greater China, Misto Holdings said it continued to expand its brand portfolio, building on steady growth across its core brands. The company said it began the full-scale rollout of Juun.J, a global designer brand from Samsung C&T Fashion Division, opening stores at Chengdu Taikoo Li in July and Beijing Sanlitun in August. Additional brand launches are planned for the Spring/Summer 2027 season as the company continues to strengthen its long-term growth platform in the region.

Acushnet Segment
The Acushnet segment saw Titleist performance remain strong across key Titleist categories in Q2, including golf balls, clubs and gear, with new driver and fairway wood launches providing an additional boost to sales.

Acushnet also reportedly benefited from the strategic timing of key product launches ahead of the peak golf season. Higher equipment sales and average selling prices supported revenue growth, while a one-time tariff refund contributed to the significant increase in operating profit. See below for a full review of the Acushnet (Titleist and Footjoy) business.

Share Repurchase Program
Meanwhile, Misto Holdings said it continues to execute its shareholder return policy to enhance shareholder value. The company has completed the KRW 10 billion share repurchase approved in May and has approved an additional KRW 5 billion share repurchase, further advancing its ongoing shareholder return initiatives.

Outlook
Misto Holdings reaffirmed its consolidated and Misto financial outlook for FY2026, reflecting Q2 results, views on macroeconomic trends and business projections for the whole year.

Given the continued solid performance across all business segments and the one – time tariff refund benefit at Acushnet in Q2, we expect a positive impact on our full-year performance .
