The fall schedule will serve as a preamble to Tech\u2019s highly competitive spring slate.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026-27 schedule features familiar tournaments with a mixture of new opportunities for a young Georgia Tech squad.<\/p>\n<p>SEPTEMBER<br \/>The season opens with a new tournament on the schedule as the Yellow Jackets are one of 15 teams that will compete in the Folds of Honor Collegiate, Sept. 6-9, at American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Mich. The Yellow Jackets will make their first appearance in the tournament, which will be broadcast each day on Golf Channel.<\/p>\n<p>After a week\u2019s break, Tech will return to Olympia Fields, Illinois, Sept. 18-20, for the 20th annual OFCC\/Fighting Illini Invitational at Olympia Fields Country Club. The Yellow Jackets finished in a tie for 6th place last season after capturing the title in 2024. Kale Fontenot shot a 4-under-par 66 on the final round to help Tech jump three spots for its finish. The 2026 edition of the tournament will feature a 15-team field, including host Illinois, and be contested on OFCC\u2019s South Course.<\/p>\n<p>The month concludes with Tech competing in the Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational, Sept. 28-29, at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Tech took home a 7th-place finish at the event last year, led by Albert Hansson who won the individual title in a playoff. Hansson became the second Yellow Jacket to win the individual title. This year\u2019s tournament will host a 16-team field with host TCU, including eight teams that advanced to match play at the 2026 NCAA Championships.<\/p>\n<p>OCTOBER<br \/>Tech will play its final two tournaments of the fall slate in October. The month begins with Tech\u2019s annual home tournament, the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate, Oct. 16-18, at the Golf Club of Georgia. The Yellow Jackets will welcome 13 peers to Alpharetta, Ga., for a highly-anticipated competitive tournament.<\/p>\n<p>The fall season concludes with Tech\u2019s first appearance in the Steelwood Collegiate, contested Oct. 31-Nov. 1 in Loxley, Ala. at the Steelwood Country Club.<\/p>\n<p>FEBRUARY<br \/>The spring schedule begins with a return trip to the Amer Ari Invitational, Feb. 4-6 on the Kohala Coast. Tech has opened the last three seasons on the Big Island and played a tournament in Hawai\u2019i every season dating back to 1997-98. Tech finished tied for 10th last season.<\/p>\n<p>February extends into March with the Cabo Collegiate, Feb. 28-March 2. The Jackets took part in the event last season, finishing 10th.<\/p>\n<p>MARCH<br \/>A new addition to the schedule continues the month of March as the Yellow Jackets stay in the Peach State to compete in The Johnnie-O at Sea Island, March 15-16. The tournament will feature a 14-team field, including host Rutgers.<\/p>\n<p>Tech will then make its second cross country trip, returning to The Goodwin, March 25-27, hosted by Atlantic Coast Conference foe Stanford and played at Stanford University Golf Course. Last season, Tech took part in the 57th installment of the tournament, which hosted a 30-team field, and finished in a tie for 14th.<\/p>\n<p>APRIL<br \/>Regular season action for the spring slate concludes at The Ford Collegiate, April 12-13, at The Ford &amp; River Club in Richmond Hill, Ga. Georgia Southern plays host to the two-day annual tournament in which Tech tied for 5th-place last season.<\/p>\n<p>POSTSEASON<br \/>Georgia Tech\u2019s postseason run begins at the 2027 ACC Golf Championship, played April 22-26 at the Maridoe Golf Club in Dallas, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>NCAA Regionals are slated for May 17-19 at six sites around the country: The Gallery Golf Club (Marana, Ariz.); Karsten Creek Golf Club (Stillwater, Okla.); The Pfau Course (Bloomington, Ind.); The Rawls Court (Lubbock, Texas); TPC Myrtle Beach (Murrells Inlet, S.C.); and Tennessee National (Loudon, Tenn.).<\/p>\n<p>The NCAA Championship will return for the fourth season to the Omni La Costa Resort &amp; Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., May 28-June 2.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Tech welcomes back three returners from last season\u2019s squad that made the program\u2019s 28th-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, boasting seniors Fontenot and Brady Rackley IV, and junior Hansson.
