Former Texas men\u2019s golf standout Scottie Scheffler brought home his second FedExCup title in three years\u2014his second since initially taking home the crown back in 2024. Scheffler did so as he went 4-under-par 66 to make it a three-stroke victory at the TOUR Championshnip at the East Lake Golf Club.<\/p>\n
\u201cScheffler registered a four-round score of 16-under 264 (65-67-66-66) to finish three strokes ahead of runner-up Viktor Hovland at 13-under 267 (64-66-65-72). Scheffler, who began the day in a tie for third at 12-under and three strokes behind Hovland (15-under), carded a total of six birdies on holes 2, 4, 8, 10, 13 and 16 against a pair of bogeys to record his 4-under 66. \u2026 Scheffler also moved into the top spot on the PGA TOUR\u2019s career earnings list. With his $10 million payday from the TOUR Championship, Scheffler has now recorded $130,390,661 in career earnings, topping Tiger Woods\u2019 mark of $120,999,166. Woods had held the top spot on the chart for more than a quarter of a century, dating back to Feb. 13, 2000.\u201d<\/p>\n
