According to Howell&#8217;s LinkedIn page, she has been a senior account manager for 23XI Racing for over two years.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">23XI Racing is co-owned by NBA legend <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_outkick-sports_article_main-content_article-body_6_378972\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/person\/michael-jordan\">Michael Jordan<\/a> and Cup Series driver Denny Hamlin.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\"><a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_outkick-sports_article_main-content_article-body_6_378973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/link.podtrac.com\/dmwdd_article\">ZERO BS. (Chris Graythen\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">The ban comes after a &#8220;behavioral&#8221; incident that took place at Charlotte Motor Speedway. According to court records, the incident was rather serious.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">According to Cabarrus County court records obtained by <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_outkick-sports_article_main-content_article-body_6_378974\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wbtv.com\/2026\/05\/28\/nascar-team-member-suspended-indefinitely-after-incident-charlotte-motor-speedway\/\">WBTV<\/a>, the 35-year-old Howell was arrested on May 23 and was charged with assault with a deadly weapon causing serious injury.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">The arrest warrant alleged that Howell used a golf cart to assault a 77-year-old man at the speedway.
