Az MNB 2015-ben, Matolcsy Gy\u00f6rgy vezet\u00e9se alatt vette meg az egykori M\u00c1V-\u00fcd\u00fcl\u0151t Balatonakaratty\u00e1n nett\u00f3 890 milli\u00f3 forint\u00e9rt. A fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1st 2018-ban kezdt\u00e9k el, a gener\u00e1lkivitelez\u0151 a Matolcsy \u00c1d\u00e1m bar\u00e1ti k\u00f6r\u00e9hez tartoz\u00f3 Somlai B\u00e1lint<\/a> c\u00e9ge, a Raw Development volt. Az \u00f6sszk\u00f6lts\u00e9g az \u00c1llami Sz\u00e1mvev\u0151sz\u00e9k tavalyi jelent\u00e9se szerint 19,8 milli\u00e1rd forint volt. A mostani kiki\u00e1lt\u00e1si \u00e1r 9,43 milli\u00e1rd forint, \u00e9s ebbe az ingatlanhoz tartoz\u00f3 ing\u00f3s\u00e1gok is beletartoznak. Ezt nett\u00f3 8,7 milli\u00e1rd forint\u00e9rt v\u00e1s\u00e1rolt\u00e1k 2019-ben, nett\u00f3 10,2 milli\u00e1rd forintos kiki\u00e1lt\u00e1si \u00e1ron hirdetik elad\u00e1sra.<\/p>\n

A harmadik elad\u00e1sra sz\u00e1nt ingatlan a Pallas Ath\u00e9n\u00e9 Konferencia K\u00f6zpontnak helyet ad\u00f3 Szenth\u00e1roms\u00e1g t\u00e9ri \u00e9p\u00fclet. Az \u00e1llami vagyonkezel\u0151 (MNV) 2020-ban 1,6 milli\u00e1rd forint\u00e9rt k\u00edn\u00e1lta elad\u00e1sra, majd ismeretlen \u00f6sszeg\u00e9rt az MNB-hez ker\u00fclt. Az \u00c1llami Sz\u00e1mvev\u0151sz\u00e9k jelent\u00e9se szerint 2,5 milli\u00e1rd forintnyi \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1st hajtott v\u00e9gre az MNB az ingatlanon. Az \u00c1SZ agg\u00e1lyosnak tal\u00e1lta, hogy a projektir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00f3, a Somlai Invest \u00e9s a kivitelez\u0151 c\u00e9g, a Raw Development is ugyanahhoz a tulajdonoshoz, vagyis Somlai B\u00e1linthoz tartozik.
