The life of a showgirl, you ask? It’s filled with shiny diamonds, rubies, and more—oh my. At least, that’s the case for Taylor Swift on the cover of her upcoming album The Life of a Showgirl.

Announced alongside her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce on their podcast, “New Heights,” Swift’s twelfth studio album is set to release on October 3. As the die-hard Swiftie that I am, I am counting down the days until I get to play all 12 new tracks on repeat, but as a fashion editor…well, I quite frankly can’t stop talking about the crystal-covered album cover. It is a girl’s dream after all.

For every one thing the Grammy winner does, she likes to go ahead and do it again 13 times even bigger—so it’s no surprise that Ms. Swift was prepped and ready to drop multiple covers for the occasion. On August 13, she revealed five different photos taken from her luxurious glitzy photoshoot. From her black bob hair transformation to her pink ostrich feathers custom look by The Blonds, there’s plenty to admire—but my eyes are fixated on her sparkly accessories.

Taylor Swift announced her next album ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ on August 13.

According to diamond experts at U.K. jeweler Steven Stone, Swift’s jewelry worn across the entire shoot is estimated to come out to an impressive $920,000 (or £690,000).

The main cover of the album shows Swift partially submerged in water wearing a crystal-embellished Area dress. On top of her covetable ensemble, the singer also threw in some extra shine by adding a Zydo Italy 18K white gold and diamond domed stretch bracelet with a total carat weight of 19.25.

But Swift took the saying “frost yourself” seriously. In another photo, she notably donned a full showgirl costume and accessorized with multiple pieces from Lorraine Schwartz such as custom sculptural drop earrings valued at $70,000, pavé diamond cuffs worth about $350,000, a bold pink pearl ring priced around $20,000, and a sapphire-and-diamond bracelet appraised at roughly $250,000.

Diamonds not your thing? The performer was happy to mix things up while sporting a monochromatic red look by The Blonds, which she paired with Etho Maria ruby earrings that retail at $51,700 with a total 38.88 carats.

And no, she didn’t stop there. Those are just a couple of breakdowns of the many glamorous photos Swift so generously gifted us. On the album’s track list photo—which features Swift in an elaborate headdress—Swift once again tapped in Zydo Italy, this time using a pair of 18K white gold and diamond earrings with a total carat weight of 18.20.

Speaking about what it was like working again with fashion photographer duo Mert and Marcus—who previously worked with Swift on Reputation’s photography—the “Karma” singer shared that she was so happy with the result.

“It just basically was like, I was so proud of the music and so excited about this project from a creative standpoint that I was just like, all hands on deck,” she shared. “We’re going all out. This is a full send. I care about this record more than I can even overstate.”
