A landlord who evicted Marc Godart’s company has been found to be in “breach of his obligations” after he failed to offer the tenancy back to the Luxembourgish businessman.
The owner of 116 Cork Street, Dublin, had been renting the Georgian building to Mr Godart’s company, Green Label Property Investments, for €4,500 a month.
