Thug Club, the Seoul-based label known for their grungy club-kid energy and chopper bike aesthetics, are turning an obsessive attention to sneakers into a global banger with their first full colab.
After customising tracksuits and models with embroidery and metal logos, the rebellious imprint is now channelling that same detail-driven approach into two highly reinterpreted silhouettes: the Superstar Boot Luxe TB and the GSG9 Boot.
Inspired by the art of fencing, the Superstar Boot Luxe TB takes the classic shell toe and reworks it with architectural flair. Full-grain leather panels are layered with matte overlays, while the overall stitch density is switched up across various stress zones to balance structure.
Tongue branding and a metal emblem are also transformed into functional details with collectible accents and internal padding ensures comfort without compromising the meticulous design.
Meanwhile, the GSG9 Boot extends the collections obsessive approach into tactical territory. Mismatched toe caps, overdyed suede, cordura panels and metal insignias offer both texture and detail.
