As someone who doesn’t mince her words, Olivia Attwood shocked fans this week by admitting she finds her marriage to Bradley Dack ‘f***ing hard.’

‘I’m not a faker. I’m not posting pictures if they don’t reflect our reality,’ she said on Sunday, after revealing to the Daily Mail that she and Bradley, 31, have endured a ‘challenging’ six months.

Olivia’s marriage was thrown into doubt this summer after she was spotted cosying up to radio co-star Pete Wicks, 36, on a yacht in Ibiza, leaving her footballer husband reportedly ‘furious’ over her drunken partying antics.

But the couple, who said ‘I Do’ in June 2023, are now back in a good place after going to great lengths to save their decade-long relationship.

Workaholic Olivia, 34, branded ITV‘s ‘Golden Girl’ following successful series including her own dating show Bad Boyfriends and documentaries Getting Filthy Rich and The Price of Perfection, has even taken a week off her busy schedule, giving her the chance to spend more time with Bradley.

The pair are also investing in their future, house-hunting for a property closer to London after confirming they are selling their Cheshire home.

A source close to the couple confirmed to the Daily Mail that, despite speculation, Olivia and Bradley are working through their problems, with their goal now to prioritise each other.

An insider said: ‘Olivia and Bradley have grown up together, it’s been 10 years since they first started dating.

‘Unlike the majority of celebrities, Olivia is completely honest and upfront with her followers. If she and Bradley aren’t in a good place, you won’t see him on her Instagram profile.

‘She will be the first to admit that this year she has put her career first, which Bradley completely supports.

‘But for the first time in years, Olivia asked for a week off work, giving her the chance to catchup with her personal life and spend anytime she can, when he’s not training, with Bradley.

‘They’re looking forward to the future and are house hunting for a place closer to London, which should help give them more stability.

‘The plan is for both of them to focus on each other going forward, that is their goal now.’

Answering fan questions on Instagram on Sunday, Olivia replied to ‘Where the hell is Brad?’: He’s alive, I swear. Ten years of us, a lot has changed. Marriage is f***ing hard (no one wants to say that part out loud), and I’m just not a faker. I’m not posting pictures if they don’t reflect our reality. We are doing our thing, and if there are any more updates, you will be the first to know.’

As well as Olivia’s hectic career in TV, radio and podcasting, the couple also struggle to see each other because of Bradley’s football commitments.

They moved to Cheshire when Bradley signed with Blackburn Rovers, but after his departure from the club, and subsequent move to Gillingham FC, he and Olivia have decided to relocate back to London full time.

Olivia and Bradley had been splitting their time between their London apartment and Cheshire home for over a year, which wasn’t easy for either of them.

Bradley’s commitment to Gillingham means he has an intense training schedule and a packed fixture list, with games up and down the country, as well as on home soil in Kent.

The former Love Island star admitted she could understand why Bradley was ‘miffed’ by the photos of her with Pete in Ibiza.

Pete had his arm around Olivia’s waist and on her thigh during the boozy trip, which sparked arguments between her and Brad.

But the Loose Women panellist, who this summer joined the roster of This Morning presenters, told the Daily Mail that although she had ‘messed up,’ the fallout over the pictures wasn’t as ‘deep’ as anyone made out.

Last month, she said: ‘I get why Brad didn’t like it. We were all on the boat, drinking and hugging each other and being best friends, it was family vibes.

‘But if it was the other way around, of course I wouldn’t like it either. Me and Brad are very similar people. We were drawn together because we’re both quite out-there personality-wise, and we know how to have fun.

‘I completely understand why he was a bit miffed, but it was never as deep as anyone made out. People were like, ‘Oh my God, they’re getting a divorce because Pete hugged her,’ but that’s not the case. Also, Pete is hugging me, I was just there!’

She also spoke about the couple’s complicated history, which saw them split up when Bradley was unfaithful, prompting Olivia to sign up for 2017’s Love Island.

Bradley’s past behaviour even inspired Olivia’s ITV2 show Bad Boyfriends, in which she exposes cheating men with commitment issues

Olivia said: ‘Me and Brad never pretend to have a perfect relationship, we have been up, down, left, backwards, and the last six months have been really challenging for us.

‘My work and his work take precedence over everything, we have to navigate our relationship all the time.

‘It’s the boring side of being an adult in a long term relationship, we constantly have to work at it and that’s just the truth. No one else really wants to say that part out loud but it is difficult at times.

‘It’s great to post a picture on Instagram but we’re transparent people and it’s not always like that, there are ups and downs, there are things on his side which haven’t been great, there’s a mix of things. I have messed up and done stuff, Brad has messed up. It’s really easy to pretend you’re perfect but no one is if you just dig a little deeper.’

The new series of her podcast So Wrong It’s Right returns next month, with the star hinting that she could be the next celebrity to take the show on the road to a live audience.
