Munster out-half hoping his hard work in pre-season pays off as he looks sharp and lean so far this season

You could forgive Jack Crowley for taking an extended break at the end of a long and often difficult season in 2024/’25, but the Innishannon native did the opposite.
After leading Ireland to a record win over a hapless Portugal side in Lisbon, he repaired to Spain for two weeks before he threw himself into an individualised pre-season programme designed to hit the ground running when the action got going and sustain him all the way through to July.
