Leinster versus Munster is one of the biggest derbies in world rugby and to get a crowd of just under 52,000 into Croke park yesterday was no mean feat. It tells me there is still a great appetite for this rivalry amongst Irish rugby fans.

But to keep that rivalry going it was important that Munster fired some shots and asked lots of questions of a star-studded Leinster side and that’s exactly what they did, recording a very impressive bonus-point victory.
