Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters were at the Orange County fair when they were removed from a roller coaster ride before it started.

The incident — which took place in Costa Mesa, California on Saturday, August 16 — was recorded and obtained by TMZ. In the clip, twins Jessie and D’Lila Combs, both 18, can be seen sitting in the coaster car while a staff member speaks to them, seemingly motioning for the two to step off of the ride. The young adults, who were sporting matching pink sweatsuits, got off of the ride without much pushback and eventually ended up leaving along with some of their friends.

An anonymous source who spoke with TMZrevealed in a report on Monday, August 14, that the twins were asked to exit the attraction after refusing a staff member’s request for them to put their phones away. The outlet noted that the source said the ride conductor was being “rude” to the infamous rap mogul’s daughters. The report also noted that the twins were not asked to leave the fair and that they were actually given tickets to get on the ride at a later time.

The news comes just over one month after Diddy, 55, was found guilty of transportation for the purpose of prostitution on three of the five charges he was facing. Following the July 2 verdict, the judge denied him bail and ordered him to remain in custody until sentencing, which is expected to take place in October. While the producer was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking — charges that could have carried a potential life sentence — each transportation conviction under the Mann Act comes with a maximum penalty of 10 years.

If served concurrently, his total prison time could be significantly shorter than the 20-year maximum, but the outcome ultimately rests on the judge’s final decision.
