Wendy Williams‘ court-appointed guardian has requested a judge deny A&E’s request to have her deposed in their ongoing civil lawsuit. TMZ is reporting that Sabrina Morrissey, the conservator for the former talk show host, filed a motion on Wednesday. She claimed she may be in a conundrum if the judge in the civil case ordered something that could be in contradiction to something ordered by a judge in the guardianship case.

Morrissey also claims that, due to Williams’ alleged medical diagnosis, she will need special accommodations; that may take some time to arrange, due to needing input from medical professionals and both courts. Morrissey is also requesting for the judge to put a pin in making a ruling in the A&E case, where she is suing the network for the 2024 documentary on Williams.
