Armanious joined EVA Pharma in 2008 and became CEO in June 2009. In 2023, EVA Pharma announced a $120 million research and manufacturing complex in Sudair, Saudi Arabia. In February 2025, it launched the first digital-to-biologics, end-to-end mRNA production platform. In January 2025, Armanious was appointed to Egypt’s Prime Minister’s Export Development Advisory Committee. He is also vice chairman of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Industrial Chamber, board member at AmCham Egypt, a member of YPO, and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum.
