Bumper Bank Holiday weekend of county finals in store

No fewer than 20 county senior football and hurling finals are down for decision this Bank Holiday weekend.

There are six finals taking place on Saturday, including four replays. Another 13 finals will be decided on Sunday, including the Sligo SFC final replay between holders Coolera/Strandhill and Shamrock Gaels, with the Westmeath SHC final replay between Castletown-Geoghegan and Lough Lene Gaels completing a hectic weekend of county final action on Monday.

Saturday, October 25

Mayo SFC final (replay): Ballina Stephenites v Westport, Hastings MacHale Park 3pm

Meath SHC final (replay): Kiltale v Ratoath, Páirc Tailteann, 3pm

Dublin SHC final: Lucan Sarsfields v Na Fianna, Parnell Park, 7.15pm 

Fermanagh SFC final (replay): Erne Gaels v Derrygonnelly, Brewster Park, 6.30pm 

Galway SFC final: Moycullen vs Salthill-Knocknacarra, Pearse Stadium, 7.30pm

Laois SFC final (replay): Courtwood v Portarlington, Laois Hire O’Moore Park, 6.30pm 

Sunday, October 26

Armagh SFC final: Madden Rapparees v St Patrick’s Cullyhanna, Athletic Grounds, 3.30pm

Cork Premier SFC final: Nemo Rangers v St Finbarr’s, SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, 3.30 

Down SHC final: Ballygalget v St Patrick’s, 3.30pm, Páirc Esler

Kerry SFC final: Austin Stacks v Dingle, Austin Stack Park, 1.45pm 

Kilkenny SHC final: O’Loughlin Gaels v Ballyhale Shamrocks, UPMC Nowlan Park, 3pm

Louth SFC final: Naomh Martin v Newtown Blues, Drogheda, 2.45pm 

Monaghan SFC final: Scotstown v Inniskeen, Clones, 2.30pm
