“Enable: The Disability Podcast” is a new podcast featuring stories of amazing people with disabilities and different abilities.

In our latest episode, Darelyn Pazdel of PRIDE Industries speaks about National Disability Employment Awareness Month, tips for jobseekers and inclusive employers, and the importance of breaking barriers at work.

“It’s important to remind employers to set aside their biases. See the person for what they can do and not through the frame of their disability,” Pazdel says. “If you can remove that barrier, we have an untapped workforce ready to go.”
