A Cork solicitor has been ordered by the High Court to immediately finalise a case which a couple won against a bank 13 years ago but which they say has since taken over their lives.

Solicitor John Moylan of Richard Moylan of Mallow, was ordered by the President of the High Court on Monday to finalise the case of the couple who are now elderly and pay them €1,500 compensation.
