Flagger Force will host a Central Pennsylvania hiring fair to connect job seekers with career opportunities within the company and offer on-the-spot interviews and potential job offers.
The event will take place Saturday, Oct. 25, from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Flagger Force‘s Middletown facility at 1411 Stoneridge Drive. Headquartered in Hummelstown, Flagger Force is a short-term traffic control provider with operations across the eastern third of the United States.
“At Flagger Force, we are committed to cultivating a diverse and thriving workforce,” Flagger Force President and CEO Mike Doner said in a statement. “As our company quickly expands in Pennsylvania and beyond, we are seeking talented and driven individuals who share our passion for keeping communities safe and moving.
“This hiring fair is ideal for people of all experience levels who enjoy working outside, value variety in their work, and want to make a positive impact in their community and the development of our nation’s infrastructure.”
According to a release, Flagger Force offers a wide variety of career opportunities in the field, including crew member, crew leader, advanced crew leader, and more. A fair-chance employer, Flagger Force considers candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, including formerly incarcerated individuals and those reentering the workforce after an absence or change. The company is committed to providing employment for every team member and offers rapid advancement opportunities typically within 45 to 60 days of employment, per the release.
Flagger Force offers comprehensive training, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and more. Field employees are also eligible for a company vehicle and overtime, depending on availability.
Candidates planning to attend the hiring fair are asked to bring a valid driver’s license, a second form of identification (passport, birth certificate, Social Security card), and a working smart phone. People of all skill levels are welcome to attend the event, including those with current traffic control experience.
