One of David Attenborough’s most celebrated films – Ocean – is coming to Dublin with a live soundtrack to celebrate his centenary year.

Ocean in Concert will be coming to the capital in 2026, taking over the 3Arena on March 7. It will see the acclaimed movie, released in May, alongside a live performance of Steven Price’s soundtrack.

Tickets will be available from Ticketmaster from Friday, October 31 at 10am. Dublin is the only Irish stop for the tour, with the Ulster Orchestra in performance alongside David Attenborough’s narration.

Co-director, Toby Nowlan, said: “This is not about seeing brand new natural history behaviours. It is the greatest message he’s ever told.”

Ocean in Concert marks Sir David Attenborough’s centenary year by bringing to life his greatest message. It features award-winning composer Steven Price’s original Ocean with David Attenborough score, performed live by one of three world-renowned orchestras in perfect synchronisation with the film’s spectacular imagery.

Conducted by acclaimed Robert Ziegler and joined by a vocal ensemble, the performance turns powerful visuals and an urgent story into a deeply moving experience.
