Mary Slane (nee Donnelly) passed away peacefully on Friday, October 31, 2025 in her 101st year, surrounded by her loving family.
Wife of the late Dermot, loving mother of Matt, Oliver, Cora (McConville), Bernadette (Hughes) and Celina (Burns). Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Bridget; and her siblings, Paddy, Frank, Alice, John-Arthur and Frances-Teresa R.I.P. Deeply regretted by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, John, Gene and Peter; daughter-in-law, Kathleen; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the entire Slane and Donnelly family circle.
Mary will be reposing at her late residence 3-5 The Square, Newtownhamilton, BT35 0AA, until removal on Sunday 2nd November 2025 at 9.30am to St Michael’s Church for 10 o’clock requiem mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The family will welcome visitors at any time.
