A “terrified” teenage boy was forced to run for cover when a “vicious” German shepherd dog savagely attacked him by biting him in the leg and arm as he made his way home from school in a midlands town, a court has heard.
The fifteen-year-old, who was just shy of his 13th birthday at the time, sustained the injuries as he approached a housing estate in Edgeworthstown, Co Longford on December 12, 2023.
