Clonelly House on Pettigo Road near Kesh is available to buy with an asking price set at £1.5million.
It was originally built in 1805 for the Barton family and comes with more than eight acres of private land coming with the building.
The big attraction to the estate comes with its purpose-built detached pub alongside the main building.
The property is built close to Lough Erne and when it was built it was the centre of a working estate that came complete with a forge, dairy, post office and village fairground.

Its long history has seen it rebuilt by hand using traditional methods and local materials. The forge, dairy and post office have been reimagined and unified into one family home with every element from having been preserved or reinstated, including the place of ring stones from 1805 and the original orientation of each window.
The building’s internal doors are also entirely original pieces from between 1805 and 1810 having been sourced from China, Japan and India.
The standout feature of Clonelly House remains the home pub which is detached from the main building but is accessed from the courtyard.
The cobbled courtyard also allows there to be a setting near the pub for parties and barbecues.
The pub includes a pool table for games to be played as well as a taps for a more authentic feel compared to many home bars.
