The brother of a girl who died when she fell off a cruise ship “viciously” attacked one of his surviving sisters, pulling out her hair extensions and biting her nose.

Dean O’Brien (28) carried out the “vile” assault while in a “spiral of trauma and addiction” following the death of his sister Lynsey on a family holiday nearly 20 years ago, a court heard.
