A communications consultant who issued an allegedly defamatory press release on behalf of businessman Denis O’Brien has told a High Court jury he stands over “every word” of the statement.
James Morrissey, who worked as a spokesman for Mr O’Brien, was today giving evidence on the fourth day of a defamation action taken against both men by solicitors Darragh Mackin and Gavin Booth.
