A judge has ruled that anti-transgender schoolteacher Enoch Burke should be sent to prison for a fourth time for contempt of court orders requiring him to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School.
In a judgment delivered today Mr Justice Brian Cregan excoriated Mr Burke for his behaviour at the school and in the courtroom – which he described as a strategy of verbal abuse and bullying.
