Teacher Enoch Burke did not show up at his former school in Westmeath today after a judge ruled yesterday that he is to be committed to prison for a fourth time for contempt of court by continually turning up at the school.
Yesterday Mr Justice Brian Cregan was highly critical of Mr Burke for his behaviour at the school, which he described as “grotesque” and part of a “fanatical campaign against transgenderism”.
