Less than a month after closing its doors at Marshmeadows in New Ross, the building that housed Sid’s Diner is set for a new lease of life in the coming weeks.
A successful planning application to convert the restaurant into a restaurant/take away has poked the rumour mill into action in town, with Apache Pizza being the most strongly linked fast food chain, alongside speculation that it could also be the likes of Domino’s.
