Barry Andrews has said he has “no regrets” about his decision not to contest the presidential election and urged Fianna Fáil to he “honest” when it presents an internal party review into its failed campaign.
The Dublin MEP said he was “very disappointed” that his party “messed up” its presidential campaign and that it failed to properly assess its candidate, Jim Gavin, who subsequently withdrew from the race.
