A Dublin councillor has claimed Dublin City Council (DCC) “caved to pressure” by withdrawing a report on the proposed renaming of Herzog Park from the agenda of a critical meeting tonight.
The park in south Dublin’s Rathgar is named after Chaim Herzog, a Dublin-born Jew who went on to serve as Israel’s sixth president between 1983 and 1993.
