GARDAI have blitzed the town of Rathkeale this Tuesday with a series of early morning raids.
Gardaí from the Limerick County Community Engagement Functional Area supported by members from the Limerick Crime Functional Area, Regional and National Units are currently conducting a search and arrest operation in the town.

A garda spokesperson said a number of premises are currently being searched under warrant as part of ongoing investigations into incidents of money laundering in the region.
“The operation is ongoing and further updates will be provided,” said a garda spokesperson.
