Mother and daughter attended the 20th anniversary of the L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth in Los Angeles on December 2, Kendall wearing a fuzzy white gown with a thigh-high slit and Kris in a floor-length red Valentino gown with a black bow and, as has been a favorite of Kris’s lately, black opera gloves. Kendall—who just turned the milestone age of 30 last month—styled her hair into a low bun and accessorized with hoop earrings, while Kris looked radiant after also celebrating a big birthday last month, turning 70 complete with a blowout James Bond-themed party thrown by her kids.

Kris wore an identical look to the one she wore Tuesday night while on a date with then-husband Robert Kardashian in the 1980s. Makeup artist Ash K. Holm wrote on Instagram of Kris’s look, “Valentino on the moodboard → modern glam on the carpet. She’s aging in reverse.”
Back in 2022, Kris received the nostalgic gift from Valentino, as seen in a clip shared by Kris (and per The Daily Mail). “Okay, guys, this is really hard for you to understand, but I’m going to try to explain how much this package means to me,” she said at the time. “I saw the Valentino account post a vintage dress about a year or so ago, and it really touched my heart, because I used to have the same dress back in the ‘80s.”
“I reached out to Pier Paolo [Picciolo] and asked him, ‘Could you ever recreate this dress for me?’” Kris continued. “And he said, ‘Absolutely.’” She added that receiving the package made her cry “because it brought back so many amazing, amazing memories.”
“Oh my goodness, how I love fashion,” Kris said.

For her part, Kendall has been an ambassador for L’Oréal since 2023, with the brand saying of the supermodel, “Nobody defines Kendall Jenner but Kendall Jenner.”
“She is the embodiment of everything Gen-Z stands for, owning her image, proudly growing in her self-worth, and inspiring others to do the same,” Delphine Viguier, L’Oréal Paris global brand president, said at the time of Kendall’s appointment. Kendall added that she was “honored to be part of a new sisterhood of strong, powerful women and to be able to say those iconic words—I’m worth it.”

“Kris looked stunning,” an insider shared. “It was total Old Hollywood glam. Everyone was talking about how amazing she looked.” Kris was “excited about turning 70,” a source added, “and you’d never think she is 70.”
“Sure, she looks amazing, but it’s her energy that stands out,” the insider continued. “She has this nonstop enthusiasm for life.”
