After fighting off monsters at Camp Half-Blood in “Percy Jackson and the Olympians,” Leah Sava Jeffries has her eyes set on her dream actor she’d love to see join alongside Annabeth, Percy and Grover on the show.

“I don’t know who I would cast her as, but I would love for Zendaya to join a future season,” Jeffries told Variety at the Season 2 world premiere at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. “I love all of her projects, and she could play a demigod or anyone else who hasn’t been cast in the show.”

Season 2 of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” follows the events of “The Sea of Monsters,” the second book in Rick Riordan’s fantasy adventure series. After Grover (Aryan Simhadri) gets taken by the Cyclops Polyphemus, Percy, Annabeth and their friends must team up together to save Grover and Camp Half-Blood from being attacked. With the main cast reprising their roles for the second season, Season 3 will feature new guest stars such as Kate Mckinnon, Dafne Keen and Saara Chaudry stepping into the world of the Demigods.

The third season will adapt Riordan’s third book, “The Titan’s Curse,” following Percy as he and the Camp Half-Blood crew embark on a dangerous quest to save Annabeth and Artemis (Keen) from the Titan known as Atlas. With Season 3 in production, the cast hopes to see some of their favorite actors join the “Percy Jackson” universe in some shape or form.

“I love Cillian Murphy,” said Charlie Bushnell, who plays Luke in the series. “He’s my favorite actor of all time. He can play anyone in this series.”

“I would love to work with Willem Dafoe any day on set,” revealed Aryan Simhadri. “I feel like he’s such a funny person. I’d also one day love to work with Timothée Chalamet.”
