It would not be The Late Late Toy Show without a marquee sporting cameo and 2025 was no different as Ireland football hero Roy Keane made a surprise appearance.
Arguably the greatest ever midfielder to don the green jersey, and one of the top personalities in football, Keane gave two young lads a night to remember for a lifetime on the beloved Christmas show.
Keelan and Dylan, the epitome of friendship, both did a mean Lewis Capaldi impression when behind the mic.
Capaldi, speaking from Australia, then invited them to his Dublin gig as VIP guests next year, bringing the pair to tears of joy.

The moment when the lads shared their tissue to wipe their tears was particularly emotional viewing and it did not end there.
The deserving duo were then met with the first in studio appearance from an Irish sporting great – none other than Roy Keane.

Met by chants of ‘Keano’ from the crowd, the Cork native offered the two lads words of encouragement as they sought to win toys for other kids across the country.
And they did just that in one of the most wholesome moments of TV that anyone could ask for.
Class stuff.
