A teenage girl was allegedly gang-raped in the toilets of a KFC restaurant by several men in an horrific ordeal.
A member of the public reportedly came across the crying 13-year-old who then revealed harrowing details of what had happened.
Four men, aged between 18 and 24, were arrested by police. The teen was allegedly dragged into the toilets at the fast food giant in the Les Halles district of Paris, on Monday evening.
It’s said the men lured the victim away from her friend and before taking her into the restroom at Forum des Halles shopping centre, Birmingham Live reported.
It’s claimed the teenager agreed to go with the men “to wait” after losing her friend, but she was then allegedly attacked.
Passers-by then came across the traumatised girl before police were alerted.
The Paris prosecutor’s office said: “Police officers from the Central police station were alerted by passers-by in the Les Halles area that a young woman had told them she had just been raped.”
Police raced to the shopping centre and arrested the four suspects after the victim was reportedly able to point them out. The gang were arrested on suspicion of the rape of a minor under 15, according to Entreveu.
French media reported that they are currently being quizzed by the Juvenile Protection Unit. The teenager was reportedly offered medical and psychological support following the ordeal.
