Although not present at the event, Eugenie shared a picture of the Order of Service on Instagram after the event concluded, writing: “Wish Bea and I could have been celebrating tonight with our family.
“Wishing the Princess of Wales such a special evening at her incredible carol service. What an amazing message of love and hope.”
While it is not known why the sisters didn’t attend, it is believed this could have been as a result of the recent scandals that have resulted in the downfall of their parents Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson.
