“I think he’s extraordinary. He’s one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had,” Grammer, 70, told Fox News Digitalon Saturday, Dec. 6. “Maybe the greatest.”

He continued to sing the president’s praises by adding, “There are some things he still wants to get done, and I think that’s terrific, but there was a big hill to climb.”

“And we were left with some very interesting things going on,” added Grammer, who attended Saturday’s reception—as well as the official ceremony on Sunday—alongside his daughter Faith.

In a separate conversation on Saturday with journalist Nicholas Ballasy, Grammer once again opened up about his political beliefs, claiming that Trump has been “kicking ass” since re-entering the White House in January.

Grammer, known for playing Dr. Frasier Crane on the hit NBCsitcomCheers and its spin-off Frasier, also insisted that the economy under Trump’s administration is “actually going really well.”

“We’ll see what happens in the next year or so,” he added in the video, which Ballasy uploaded to TikTok.

Fans on social media have had mixed reactions to Grammer’s strong political statements, with some users on TikTok praising him for speaking out and “being honest” about his support for Trump.

Meanwhile, others insisted they wouldn’t be watching Frasier and Grammer’s other shows anymore after learning about the actor’s political affiliations.

“just started binge watching [Frasier] 😭 that’s done now,” one TikTok commenter claimed.
