In 2016, Niamh Devine, or Niamh Geaney as she was known back then, was flying high in her broadcasting career, working in her dream job as a showbiz reporter on RTÉ 2FM and as a presenter on the quiz show Search. And yet, the now 37-year-old felt restless.
“I think it’s probably a familiar story to other people in their careers – I thought it was something I really wanted, to become a TV presenter, and it’s something that I really enjoyed,” Devine says.
